(YOU CAN ONLY REGISTER WITH YOUR API KEY)
Its very simply, click register and fill in your limited api and user id which can be found here (
https://www.eveonline.com/login.asp?r=%2F&t=%2Fapi%2Fdefault.asp%3F)
You can choose any username you like, this will only be used for your log in, the api will automatically pull your character name for you.
The next screen will ask you to select the ingame character you wish to use on the forum (if you have multiple character on your account please select your main), click update profile and you are good to go
